Presbyterian Urban Ministries (PUM) helps many unfortunate individuals and families who have come onto hard times. Most of our clients are good people who are in a bad situation. We treat all who enter His house with respect and provide
the dignity and hope that people in need rarely receive.

PUM is a volunteer-backed organization which depends on a wonderful team of dedicated volunteers which we would love for you to be a part of.

Whether you have a day, an hour, or would just like to donate clothes, food, or cash, we can use your help.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
 -Greet clients with a warm smile, a cup of coffee, and a pastry.
 -Work in the clothing room sorting clothing and assisting clients.
 -Come to the weekly Bible study and assist the leader.
 -Serve as a caseworker helping clients get what they need.
 -Help organize food in the food pantry.
 -Help with Toys for Tots and Back-to-School Backpack campaigns
 -Volunteer at a fundraising event
 -Donate clothes, household goods, or travel-size toiletries
(Hint: When traveling, ask the hotel where you are staying if they have any extras.
They are usually happy to donate!)
